2026 Property Tax and Assessment Notices

2026 Property Tax notices will be sent out to Martensville property owners on May 15th, 2026. For payment options and more information on property taxes, visit: https://www.martensville.ca/pages/property_tax_and_assessment.html

The 2026 Assessment Roll is open to the public as of May 15th, 2026. It will be closed on July 15th, 2026. Assessment notices will be mailed only to property owners that have had an assessment change since 2025.

The assessment notice shows the assessed and taxable value of your property for both the previous and current year for comparison purposes. Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) provides the City with a “Detailed Property Profile” for each property that they assess. We encourage everyone to review their “Detailed Property Profile” to determine how your property is assessed.

Each year the assessment roll is open to inspection for the public for a period of 30 days (60 days in a revaluation year).

Visit mysama.ca to create a Public User account and view your property profile details online.
