Time: All meetings begin at 5 pm

Property for Tender – 32 1st Avenue North
The City of Martensville is accepting sealed tenders for the sale of a vacant, undeveloped property located at 32 1st Avenue North.
The property is zoned R1A Core Area Residential District and is being sold “as is, where is” and is currently not serviced. Interested parties are encouraged to review the complete tender package for property details, terms and conditions, and submission requirements.
Tenders must be received by 4:00 p.m. on September 3, 2026.

Call for Volunteers: Martensville Housing Authority Board
The City of Martensville is seeking two volunteers to serve on the Martensville Housing Authority Board of Directors.
The Martensville Housing Authority delivers rental housing programs on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation, supporting households with low or moderate incomes, including families, seniors and people with disabilities. Board members help ensure the fair and efficient delivery of housing programs and administration of properties within its jurisdiction. Board members are not expected to attend to administrative or maintenance tasks personally.

2026 Lane and General Clean-Up Program
The City will once again be having its annual Lane and General Clean-up Program this September. This initiative allows residents to dispose of items that are not accepted during regular garbage pick-ups. Our Public Works department, in collaboration with the Urban Camp, will collect eligible items on specific dates, which are listed below:
– Residents that live South of Main Street will have their items picked up the week of September 14 – 18. All items will need to be out by September 14 – 8:00 AM.
– Residents that live North of Main Street will have their items picked up the week of September 21 – 25. All items will need to be out by September 21 – 8:00 AM.
Accepted Items: Household appliances (fridges, stoves & freezers must have doors removed), furniture, torn down fence material (four-foot lengths & tied), garden refuse, leaves, & grass clippings (all bagged), tree branches, scrap material (four-foot lengths & tied)
Not Accepted Items: Hazardous materials, rocks, sod, topsoil, gravel, liquids, construction materials, car parts, tires, computers, batteries, televisions, concrete
Please Remember:
– The City will be making one pass only.
– All residents with back lanes shall not place any items out in the lane until one week prior to pick-up each year.
– All residents without back lanes shall not place any items curbside until one day before pickup.
– This program is designed for residential yard cleanup waste only and is not intended for commercial or industrial waste.

Aquatic Centre Closing for the Season – August 30, 2026
Make the most of the remaining summer days! The Martensville Aquatic Centre will be closing for the season on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
