Possibilities Youth Connection (PYC) is getting ready for an afternoon of music, fun and fundraising as its seventh annual Brighter Future Fundraiser returns to Saskatoon next month.
The Music Bingo Fundraiser will take place on Sunday, October 18th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Saskatoon Shrine Club, located at 1021 Saskatchewan Crescent West.
The family-friendly event will feature Cork & Kettle Music Bingo, with proceeds supporting PYC’s Brighter Future Fund and helping the organization continue providing free youth mental health programming throughout 2027.
This year, organizers have set a goal of selling 100 tickets and raising $15,000.
Funds raised will help PYC provide free mental health education, skill development and opportunities for meaningful community connection to youth in Martensville, Warman, Saskatoon’s Rosewood and Hampton Village neighbourhoods, and Waldheim.
Individual tickets are $30, while a family of four can attend for $100. Blackout cards will also be available for $20 each or three for $50.
In addition to selling tickets, organizers are reaching out to businesses and community members for donations to help create prize packages for the fundraiser.
New items, gift cards and services are being accepted, with organizers suggesting donations for themed packages including home, spa, outdoor and staycation items. Donations could include everything from home décor, kitchen items and cleaning supplies to skincare products, camping gear, board games, books, snacks and gift certificates.
Prize donations, sponsorships and contributions for the event’s dessert auction are also being welcomed.

Through the Brighter Future Fundraiser, PYC hopes to bring the community together for an afternoon of entertainment while raising money to ensure youth can continue accessing mental health programming at no cost.
