Those searching for a wedding gown, grad dress or something special for an upcoming formal event will have an opportunity to browse hundreds of discounted dresses during a two-day sale in Saskatoon.
Barga Direct will host a special dress event on Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd at YMCA Saskatoon, featuring more than 800 new-with-tags dresses acquired through a bridal and formalwear insurance claim.
Wedding gowns, grad dresses and other formal styles will be offered at approximately 75 to 80 per cent off their original retail prices.
The sale will take place in Studios 1 and 2 at the YMCA Saskatoon, located at 309 Fairmont Drive. Doors will be open Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Shoppers will find a wide range of styles, sizes and colours, with limited fitting areas available during the event. Selection will be offered on a first come first served basis.
Cash, credit cards and online payments will be accepted. All purchases will be considered final sale and dresses will be sold as is.
The event offers an alternative for those hoping to find a dress without paying a traditional retail price, whether they are shopping for a wedding, graduation or another formal occasion.
