Last month the students of Martensville High School had the opportunity to take a tour onboard a custom built Naval Display Bus. Members of the Royal Canadian Navy, Naval Reserve Division HMCS UNICORN travelled with the bus to a variety of High Schools during the week of May 13 – 16, 2019. Students had the opportunity to step inside the Naval Display Bus which included 12 individual touchscreen stations that were equipped with audio-visual equipment so the users were able to put on a headset to watch short videos. These videos provided an immersive environment to learn about life in the Royal Canadian Navy including the different occupations that are available, training, and past Naval Operations.

Whether you’re thinking of getting a part-time job, curious about the University Tuition Reimbursement Program, or you just want to learn more about the Naval Reserves in Saskatoon, the Recruiters would be more than willing to answer any questions you might have. They can be contacted by email at jobs_unicorn@forces.gc.ca or to book an appointment call 306-934-8556.
