The Prairie Sky Chamber of Commerce is set to celebrate local business excellence once again as it prepares to host the 2026 Business Excellence Awards Gala (BEXA) in Martensville.
The annual event, which highlights the achievements of outstanding businesses, organizations, and individuals across the region, will take place on Saturday, May 9th at the North Ridge Community Centre. The evening promises to bring together community leaders, entrepreneurs, and supporters for a night of recognition, inspiration, and celebration.
BEXA was created to shine a spotlight on businesses that continue to strengthen the local economy while delivering exceptional products, services, and community impact. The event is an opportunity not only to honour success, but also to acknowledge the innovation, leadership, and dedication that drive the region forward.
As anticipation builds for this year’s gala, the Prairie Sky Chamber has announced an impressive list of finalists across several categories.
In the New Business category, nominees include Fluff & Crunch Pancake & Waffle House, I & P Home Baked Goodness, The Busy Basket Store, Wag Doggy Daycare & Boarding Centre, and Salon Joy Hair Studio.
The Small Business Award finalists are Alluxe Aesthetics, Jolene Watson Professional Speaker Clarity Coaching & Development, Hawk’s Nest Studio, Stu’s Indoor Golf, and Warman Hearing Clinic.
For Business Marketing, finalists include Carter’s Counselling Services, Nova Physiotherapy, Wag Doggy Daycare & Boarding Centre, Warman Hearing Clinic, and Zak’s Home Hardware Building Centre.
The Business of the Year category features Canalta Hotels Martensville, Carter’s Counselling Services, Rave BBQ Rubs, Warman Physiotherapy & Wellness, and Zak’s Home Hardware Building Centre.
Customer Service finalists include Carter’s Counselling Services, Jolene Watson Professional Speaker Clarity Coaching & Development, Jason’s Auto Glass Inc., Warman Hearing Clinic, and Warman Small Animal Hospital.
In the Employer of the Year category, finalists are Affinity Credit Union, Jason’s Auto Glass Inc., Martensville Plumbing & Heating, Nova Physiotherapy, and Warman Physiotherapy & Wellness.
Community Involvement finalists include Hawk’s Nest Studio, Pet Valu Martensville, Rave BBQ Rubs, Wag Doggy Daycare & Boarding Centre, and Zak’s Home Hardware Building Centre.
The gala will kick off at 5:00pm, offering attendees an evening dedicated to celebrating the businesses and individuals who continue to make a meaningful impact in Martensville, Warman, and surrounding communities.
Organizers are encouraging the public to mark their calendars and secure tickets early, as the event continues to grow in popularity each year.
