Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign Supports Martensville-Warman Early Years Family Resource Centre

by Shanine Sealey

Tim Hortons’ Holiday Smile Cookie campaign is back, and this year, 100% of proceeds from every cookie sold will be donated to local charities, community groups, and Tim Hortons Foundation Camps across Canada.

In Martensville, the Martensville-Warman Early Years Family Resource Centre has been selected as this year’s local recipient, and they’re inviting the community to join in spreading holiday cheer while supporting local families.

From November 17–23, residents can purchase a Holiday Smile Cookie for just $2 (plus tax) at participating Tim Hortons locations. Every dollar raised locally will help the Early Years Family Resource Centre continue to provide services to the community.

“We are so excited to rally with the community from November 17-23 to raise funds to allow us to continue offering free, quality programming for our local families,” the Centre commented.

This year’s cookie is a white-chocolate sugar cookie baked with red and green sprinkles, each hand-decorated with a “perfectly imperfect” white smile; a sweet reminder that kindness comes in many forms.

Last year, the Smile Cookie campaigns together raised $10.7 million for more than 600 local charities, including the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. The Holiday Smile Cookie program now supports over 400 additional organizations across Canada, helping local causes while continuing to fund life-changing leadership experiences for youth through the Foundation Camps.
