The MHS girls’ soccer team played Warman, PA Carleton, VCA and Meadow Lake in the 2019 season.
In Regionals on Saturday they beat Meadow Lake 3-0 with goals from Hayley Budnick, Isabella L’Heureux and Juliet Tate. In the second game the girls lost 4-2 to Se Se Wa Hum with goals from Kyla Hamilton and Juliet Tate. With finishing second in Regionals the team has advanced to Provincials.

The team is coached by Breanne Cooper, Kate McKinnon (who also coached the boys’ soccer team), as well as former students Emily Mann and Ciarra Thiessen.

“The girls are looking forward to strong competition in Yorkton this weekend for 4A Soccer Provincials,” said Coach Cooper.

Good luck in Provincials!
