Prince Albert Police issued a second request for the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Joseph Curtis Madden, who is charged in connection with the death of 21-year-old Madison Rene Bird-Simaganis earlier this month. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Madden’s arrest on one count of second degree murder.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Madden, who also uses the first name of Curtis. Madden is described as being 5’6” tall and 140 pounds. He has a tattoo of a cross on his left hand between the thumb and forefinger, and a tattoo of Madden on his right forearm.

Anyone with information about Madden’s whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately, the Prince Albert TIP Line at 306-953-4263, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
