Numerous weather watches and warnings were issued throughout the province on July 30th, with Martensville coming under a severe thunderstorm watch, which later turned into a tornado warning. No confirmed reports of tornadoes in the area were confirmed.

Residents north of Saskatoon were running for cover Sunday as hail pelted down from the sky, ricocheting off of vehicles, roofs and damaging flowers and gardens. Local residents reported seeing hen egg-sized hail, and residents in the Edam area reported baseball-sized hail. (Pictured right; clouds spotted near Martensville Sunday evening).
