The Martensville Pump Track has been a welcome addition to the community as people of all ages and skill levels have been out enjoying it. Since opening approximately two weeks ago, Ted Schaeffer, City of Martensville Director of Recreation & Community Services, says that the reaction and feedback has been positive.
“Things have been going really great over there and the pump track has had quite a bit of use as people can see as they are going by there. We are really happy with the results,” Schaeffer said.
Schaeffer also noted that to help address confusion, the City of Martensville will be painting some arrowing on the track this week to help users better utilize the track by ensuring everyone is going the proper direction.
There will be an official opening occurring in the future, which Schaeffer added will be shared with the community once details are set in place.
