UPDATE Austin Beck has been located safe and sound and has been returned home. The SPS would like to thank the media, the numerous members of the business community and community at large for their assistance in this matter.
The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a 12-year-old boy.
Austin Beck, 12, was last seen at a school in the 800 block of Wilson Crescent earlier this morning. He was reported missing after he failed to return from recess at 10:45 a.m. Police and family are concerned as he may be in a vulnerable state.
Austin is described as 5’0″ in height with a slim build and blonde hair. He is believed to be wearing a blue and grey jacket, camouflage toque, black mittens, blue sweatpants and runners.
