Recently, the Martensville and District Kinette Club was formed, and the group has not wasted any time stepping up to help out the community.
Currently, the women are working with the Sask Five Giants 13U AA Sluggers to help stock the Martensville Free Pantry. “We were told that the pantry is in need of food, so we are partnering up to do a food drive on Wednesday, June 12,” Martensville and District Kinette Club President, Jodi Martens explained.
The two organizations will be going door to door for non-perishable food items as well as 
cash donations that will be used to purchase Co-op gift cards. If any residents have food that they would like picked up, they can call Jodi at (306) 361-9575 and they will make arrangements for pick-up.
